CHINA. The Estée Lauder Companies-owned natural skincare brand Origins has partnered with China Duty Free Group to host the exclusive ‘Journey of Joy and Renewal’ pop-up at the Haikou Mova Mall in Hainan. The animation celebrated the newly-launched fourth-generation formula of Origins’ hero Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins Mega-Mushroom Soothing Treatment Lotion.
The striking animation invited shoppers to discover the world of Origins and its ‘Powered by Nature, Proven by Science’ ethos. It featured several interactive zones inspired by the ingredients of the hero Treatment Lotion.
Local media and KOLs were invited to visit the animation and experience the smoothing efficacy of the hero lotion.
The Origins Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins Mega-Mushroom Soothing Treatment Lotion has a lightweight, deep-penetrating formula that hydrates and soothes the skin. The enhanced formula reinforces the skin barrier to defend against external aggressors, smoothing the skin’s texture and enhancing radiance over time.
The refreshed formula was inspired by the study of Adaptogenic Herbs. Adaptogens are used in nutrition as a potent stress-resisting ingredient. On the skin, they work alongside the lotion’s Molecular Mushroom Complex, made with Reishi and Fermented Chaga, which reduces skin redness and irritation.
In this latest expression, the Molecular Mushroom Complex contains 10x more Reishi than previous formulas, reducing visible redness twice as fast.
The new formula has also been equipped with Plantmunity Technology, made with Adaptogenic Licorice Root and Glycyrrhetinic Acid, which activates the skin’s natural defences against daily oxidants.
