USA. Leaders from airport hospitality company OTG Concessions Management and Denver International Airport today celebrated the official opening of the Sunset Loop Bar & Grill and Starbucks at Denver International Airport, Concourse B-East.
The Sunset Loop Bar & Grill is a collaboration between OTG, Denver business executive Keith Montoya and Daniel ‘Chef D’ Young, a private chef for the Denver Nuggets and a Denver culinary figure with over four decades of experience. Chef D has crafted a Denver-inspired menu focused on local sourcing and nutritious meals.
Concourse B has the following OTG dining experiences:
- Sunset Loop Bar & Grill: Sunset Loop Bar & Grill offers a curated menu celebrating Denver’s vibrant food culture. Options include the Vegetarian Huevos Rancheros, Crispy Colorado Trout, Roasted Vintners Chicken, Vegan Pesto Pasta, Denver Garden Wrap, Green Chile Cheeseburger, plus Vegan Banana Cake.
- Sunset Loop Market: Adjacent to the bar and grill, Sunset Loop Market provides a selection of grab-and-go snacks and travel essentials, highlighting products from local Colorado vendors.
- Starbucks: Offering premium coffee with flexible communal seating.
OTG said the openings reflect its goal to “redefine airport hospitality by connecting travellers with the flavours and culture of their destination”.
“At OTG, we’re committed to elevating the airport experience by bringing exceptional dining, popular brands, and travel convenience concepts into major airport hubs,” said OTG Management CEO Jeff Yablun. “We are excited to expand our footprint into Denver, offering a new level of service and dining to millions of passengers passing through each year.”
“The opening of these new dining experiences at Concourse B-East marks a significant milestone for our city and its travellers—both long-time Denverites and first-time visitors. As someone who has dedicated much of my career to strengthening Denver’s economic and cultural landscape, I’m thrilled to see how this new terminal expansion enhances our travel experience and our global reach,” said Keith Montoya.
“By featuring locally-inspired dining concepts and partnering with distinguished brands, we’re showcasing the innovative spirit and diverse flavours of the Mile High City, welcoming the world to a Denver that’s ever evolving and ready to impress.”
Airport CEO Phil Washington said: “We’re actively planning for the future, which includes expanding our dining and retail options to meet the needs of the 100 million annual passengers we anticipate welcoming in the coming years.
“Our goal is to provide a world-class airport experience with a wide range of offerings that reflect Denver’s unique culture and flavours. We’re especially excited to introduce new dining spots like Sunset Loop Bar and Grill in our latest gate expansion areas, providing travellers with more diverse, high-quality food & beverage options that enhance their journey. This is just one of many steps we’re taking to ensure DEN remains a vibrant, welcoming hub that offers something special for every traveller.”
Chef D said: “Denver has been my home for over four decades where I’ve had the honour to build restaurants, provide nutritional care for some of the world’s greatest athletes, and witness first-hand the growth of Denver’s incredible sustainable vendors. Now, I can bring my love for fresh, locally inspired food to the airport, and make a difference for my community and for thousands of travellers who use the concourse every day.”
