CANADA. OTG has opened its first food & beverage location in Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson International Airport, with Nobel Burger Bar.
Developed in partnership with celebrity chef Mark McEwan, the restaurant serves a variety of gourmet burgers, as well as salads, starters and sides. It also has an extensive breakfast menu.
OTG has previously worked with Chef McEwan on Fetta Panini Bar, one of five concepts the company has opened in Terminal 1 at the location this year. He is well-known for his role as a head judge on Canada’s Top Chef, as well as a number of restaurants across Toronto.

OTG has gone with a classic design and clean layout with the new concept |
The food served in the restaurant is complemented by the concept’s design, with OTG taking a classic burger spot approach with a clean layout and deep red mosaic tiles running along the bar.
OTG has also brought its signature iPad platform to Nobel Burger Bar, with 170 of the Apple devices installed for customers to use.
“We’re so excited to be part of these new restaurant offerings,” said OTG Chief Executive Rick Blatstein.
“Together with our partners at the GTAA and famed Toronto chefs such as Mark McEwan we are bringing Toronto’s renowned restaurant scene to the airport, transforming the experience for customers.”
OTG last year signed a deal with Toronto Pearson to open nine new chef-driven concepts and fresh market offers in Terminals 1 and 3.
