OTG puts focus on local craft beers at new Toronto Pearson concept

USA. OTG has opened a craft beer bar at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

The 29-seat Beerhive is located in Terminal 3 and features a selection of almost 20 craft beers. Over half of the range is sourced from Ontario-based breweries including Muskoka, Creemore Springs and Great Lakes.

The food menu offers bar pies, sandwiches, salads and modern takes on bar-bite favourites, according to OTG.

Highlights include the Smoky Bacon Beer Bar Nuts; a Charcuterie Board featuring locally sourced meats, mustards and jam; the Sweet & Savory pizza featuring smoked sausage, red apples goat cheese and rosemary; and Tandoori Chicken Sliders.

Each seat is equipped with USB and power outlets as well as iPads featuring OTG’s ‘flo’ technology.
