USA. Concessionaire Paradies Lagardère has announced an eclectic series of restaurant openings across major US airports during the second quarter of 2025.
Some 14 new eateries – a mixture of national and local brands – have been unveiled at airports in Asheville, North Carolina; Detroit, Michigan; Sarasota, Florida; and Palm Springs and San Francisco, California.
The recent openings at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport include Suncoast Trading & Bar, a Florida-inspired bar and market offering craft cocktails and local beers, plus travel essentials; a Starbucks café; and local brand Mattison’s City Grille, an upscale, ‘chef-driven’ restaurant.

Local Sarasota brand Mattison’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with dishes including honey-glazed salmon, signature cheeseburgers and Mediterranean frittatas.
At Palm Springs International Airport, Trio (modern California cuisine in a desert-inspired setting) and Vino Volo (wines and small plates) are now trading. Another Vino Volo also opened at Detroit Metro Airport during May.
At San Francisco International Airport, the SF Eats Food Hall hosts a line-up of Bay Area F&B brands, including Kitava, Napa Farms Market & Equator Coffee, Kona’s and Tony’s Pizza Napoletana (read the details of these concessions in our story here).

Finally, at Asheville Regional Airport, in recent weeks Jimmy John’s (fast-casual sandwiches café), Tropical Smoothie Café, Costa Coffee Kiosk and Aletitude Kiosk (grab-and-go including bottled beer and wine, salads and sandwiches) have opened.
Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations Claude Guillaume said, “This dynamic line-up of new restaurants is tailored to the tastes of both local communities and global travellers. From iconic national brands to beloved local favourites, we’re proud to help shape and elevate the culinary identity of each airport we serve.
“Each of these openings enhances the traveller experience with quality, convenience and a true sense of place.”
