US. Patricia Ryan has joined The Foodie Report and The Moodie Report as North American Bureau Chief.
Patricia is one of North America’s most experienced airport commercial revenues experts. Currently President of Florida-based Decision Services International, an international consulting firm specialising in concession and business development, she has also achieved recognition worldwide as a presenter and moderator of airport-related seminars and conferences.
Her last airport staff position was Division Director, Commercial Operations, Miami-Dade Aviation Department, responsible for managing Miami International Airport’s revenue-generating activities, including retail, food & beverage and duty free, hotel, car rental, parking, hotel, cargo city and other consumer services.
Her current activities include teaching for ACI and at aviation universities on the subject of airport management, generating non-aeronautical revenue and other related matters.
