USA. Pernod Ricard, through Pernod Ricard USA’s New Brand Ventures division, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal.
As previously reported, under the terms of the transaction, the Del Maguey management team (Ron Cooper, Michael Gardner and Steve Olson) and the rest of the team will remain in place. All of Del Maguey’s Mexico operations will also remain unchanged.
