Sweet like honey: The L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Nectar Royal pop-up brought the line’s key Manuka Honey ingredient to life with a blooming animation at the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex in March 

CHINA. L’Oréal Travel Retail is celebrating the successful run of the L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Nectar Royal pop-up campaign at the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex in March. It was the first-ever activation to celebrate the L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Nectar Royal franchise.

Hainan Tourism Investment Duty Free Corporation operates the business as licence holder, with support from Lagardère Travel Retail.

The pop-up’s design paid homage to the gold colour palette of the hero cream and featured stunning arrangements of Manuka flowers.

The activation highlighted L’Oréal Paris’ accessible luxury positioning and celebrated its hero Age Perfect Nectar Royal Cream, now available in a travel retail-exclusive upsized 80ml format.

Manuka Honey, the cream’s star ingredient, was the central focus of the pop-up. Inside, shoppers were able to learn about the rarity of the Manuka flower and the details surrounding the intricate extraction process to create the cream.

In addition, travellers could enjoy luxurious five-minute hand massages free with any purchase.

In addition to the central Manuka honey ingredient, the cream also contains tetrapeptides to help retain skin collagen by strengthening the skin’s fibres and proxylane to renew collagen for a tighter, firmer complexion. ✈
