Polish Airports State Enterprise seeks car park operator for Warsaw Chopin

POLAND. Polish Airports State Enterprise (PPL), the owner and operator of Warsaw Chopin Airport, has announced plans to change its car parking model and lease the business to a third party.

A Request for Information (RFI) has been issued to begin the procedure for selecting an operator. The purpose of the RFI will be:
to create, based on the received information, a framework concept of the car park management model to be included in a Request for Proposals;
to obtain accurate information to help develop assumptions and terms and conditions for the procedure to select a car park operator;
to prepare and provide potential bidders with the necessary materials, documents and information for preparing a proposal.
