POLAND. Polish Airports State Enterprise (PPL), the owner and operator of Warsaw Chopin Airport, has announced plans to change its car parking model and lease the business to a third party.
A Request for Information (RFI) has been issued to begin the procedure for selecting an operator. The purpose of the RFI will be:
• to create, based on the received information, a framework concept of the car park management model to be included in a Request for Proposals;
• to obtain accurate information to help develop assumptions and terms and conditions for the procedure to select a car park operator;
• to prepare and provide potential bidders with the necessary materials, documents and information for preparing a proposal.
