Le Paradis de Nina, available from April |
SPAIN. Puig and the house of Nina Ricci have extended the Nina fragrance franchise with a new, limited edition called Le Paradis de Nina. It will be available in travel retail from April, priced at around €43 for a 50ml edt.
The scent invites consumers to re-discover the Nina paradise, according to the brand. That paradise incorporates an origami theme, to represent a “garden of paper, a universe of dream and fantasy”¦designed for a contemporary fairy-tale princess.”
The juice reinterprets the original Nina fragrance, composed by Marie Salamagne and Olivier Cresp. In a nod to Proust, the reworked version was inspired by the aroma of French Madeline cake. Other key ingredients include orange and mandarin, almond blossom, gardenia, woods and vanilla.
The Le Paradis de Nina flacon echoes the glass apple of the original, in a shade of pastel pink embellished with white.
