COLOMBIA. PyD has launched a spring-themed activation for TOUS Sorbet Garden at José María Córdova Airport in Medellin.
TOUS Sorbet Garden is described as a fragrance that “celebrates spring in full colour”. The activation, running until 31 July, is located at the Sky store in the International Arrivals area.
The pop-up was timed to coincide with the lead-up to Medellín’s Feria de las Flores (1-10 August) – an annual ten-day celebration in Medellín showcasing the region’s floral heritage and culture. It invites travellers and visitors to sample the fragrance and receive a complimentary gift with purchase.
Composed by perfumer Julien Plos, TOUS Sorbet Garden is described as a vibrant fruity-floral eau de toilette. It opens with vibrant mango, pink pepper, red apple and pear top notes, leading to a floral heart of ylang-ylang, peony and freesia. The base features a warm, lingering tonka bean, Dartanol and patchouli blend.
For this edition, the bottle and packaging have been reinterpreted in collaboration with Scottish illustrator Katie Smith. Her colourful design echoes the fragrance’s playful and sensorial character.
