QATAR. Qatar Airways is marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a ‘Think Pink’ experience, which includes limited-edition amenity kits and pink-themed menus.
As reported, the airline has teamed up with Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) to launch a month-long ‘Think Pink’ breast cancer awareness campaign which underscores the importance of early detection and control. It is also supported by Hamad International Airport, Qatar Aviation Services and Qatar Duty Free.

Underlining its commitment to raising awareness of breast cancer for the fourth time, the airline is offering Business Class passengers, on long-haul and ultra-long-haul flights, an amenity bag created exclusively for Qatar Airways by Italian luggage brand Bric’s.
The vegan leather kits, for both men and women, feature a zipper pull in the shape of the breast cancer ribbon and printed message: ‘Think pink and support the fight’.
Each kit contains products from Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, an environmentally friendly and innovative nutrition-centric olive oil company. Skin care products include lip balm, hydrating facial mist, and anti-ageing moisturiser; pink socks and eyeshades are also included.

On flights from Doha, Business Class passengers have the opportunity to try pink-themed treats, including pink guava and grape lemonade and assorted desserts. Passengers on all ultra-long-haul flights departing from Doha are offered a special pink afternoon tea menu, featuring raspberry macaroons and opera cake.
