QATAR. Qatar Duty Free has further enhanced its food & beverage portfolio with the opening of Daily Chef Noof and Slicy in Concourse A Food Park at Hamad International Airport, Doha.
Bringing a fresh perspective to Qatari cuisine, well-respected Gulf culinary figure Chef Noof Al Marri is introducing an all-day menu that blends traditional Qatari and regional classics with modern techniques and premium ingredients.

Chef Noof Al Marri has built her career around preserving and reimagining Qatari cuisine, with bestselling cookbooks, global TV appearances and refined dining concepts.
Daily Chef Noof’s menu features signature dishes such as Madrouba and Majbous Hamour, complemented by a dedicated selection of Fatayer and Chapati.

This latest concept also expands her partnership with Qatar Airways group, Qatar Duty Free’s parent company, where she’s been creating authentic inflight dishes for Business Class since 2023.
Qatar Airways Chief Retail and Hospitality Officer Thabet Musleh said, “We have partnered with Chef Noof Al Marri to introduce a dining experience that is not only exceptional in quality, but showcases Qatari cuisine with a contemporary perspective.
“Whether our customers have a few minutes or a few hours, they now have the opportunity to enjoy the creations of one of the region’s most renowned chefs – leaving the airport with a memorable taste of Qatar.”
Chef Noof Al Marri added, “I’m honoured to be sharing the flavours of my country with travellers from around the world. Food is a powerful storyteller, and I hope this new dining concept helps passengers experience the warmth, generosity and spirit of Qatar, wherever their travels may take them.”

Another new addition to the airport’s culinary line-up is Slicy, a fast-growing, locally owned pizza brand known for its handcrafted New York-style slices and bold, inventive toppings.
Founded in Doha, the restaurant has become popular for its premium ingredients, creative menu and strong community focus.
Slicy’s Hamad Airport location features a relaxed ambience and a mix of global and local flavours, reflecting Qatar Duty Free’s commitment to elevating the dining experience, inspired by a strong sense of place.
Both restaurants are open 24/7.
