Rémy Cointreau has announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Frédéric Pflanz for personal reasons.
Pflanz was credited for his contribution to the Group’s “sound financial achievements over the past four years”, and will remain as Development Director, responsible for specific assignments that he has already initiated.
Chairman François Hériard Dubreuil will assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer in the interim, with support from the current Executive Committee.
Dubreuil took this opportunity to state that the Group’s strategy “remains unchanged”.
