Ritter Sport targets Americas growth with Travel Retail Editions Minis range

German chocolate specialist Ritter Sport is set to unveil its latest Travel Retail Editions range at the IAADFS Summit of the Americas (8-11 March). It is highlighting two regional launches: the Mini Colourful Variety Tower Pink (250g) and the Mini Colourful Variety Pouch Pink (500g).

Ritter Sport will be showing at Summit of Americas as part of Otis McAllister (Stand 100).

The mini Colourful Variety Tower Pink, making its official debut for travel retail partners in the Americas, contains 15 mini bars in five distinct flavours: Salted Caramel, Strawberry Creme, Alpine Milk, Cornflakes and Butter Biscuit. The combination offers a balanced mix of sweet, salty, fruit and crunchy tastes.

Both the tower and pouch are colour coordinated and provide Ritter Sport’s pop of colour on the shelf for retailers

Salted Caramel delivers a subtle salty note through crunchy caramel pieces, while Strawberry Creme features real fruit pieces in a strawberry yoghurt crème filling. Alpine Milk offers a characteristic caramel-honey flavour, while Cornflakes and Butter Biscuit round out the range with their distinctive flavours.

Alongside the tower, Ritter Sport is introducing the mini Colourful Mix Pouch Pink (500g), which contains 30 mini bars in the same five flavours. Both the tower and the pouch feature vibrant pink packaging.

Ritter Sport International Key Account Manager Global Travel Retail Jan Bessel commented: “This year the Summit will give us the opportunity to build brand awareness in the Americas as we plan to grow significantly there; for example, border stores and airports in South America plus Canada. We plan to catch up and show commitment with our key customers, especially on much needed price adjustments. These conversations are important to align growth plans with existing customers and establish relationships with potential new contacts.

“We will leverage our time at the Summit to gather valuable insights from our partners on our portfolio and discuss emerging regional trends.” ✈
