Rituals amenity kits fly high in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class

Rituals Cosmetics’ newly formed partnership with Virgin Atlantic will see the brand’s amenity bags offered to Upper Class passengers.

On 8 January, the first Virgin Atlantic flight took off with Rituals amenity bags containing core products from the brand’s range. Aiming to enhance the flying experience and address inflight skincare problems, the kits include face cream, hand cream and lip balm.

Rituals Cosmetics Director Wholesale Neil Ebbutt said: “The airline business has become increasingly important for our travel retail division as we pursue our strategy of touching passengers at all their key points of travel.”

“We have a lot in common with Virgin Atlantic,” continued Ebbutt. “Like them we are the product of the vision of one man who wanted to take a familiar product and reinvent it with innovation and flair. In their case they have Richard Branson, in our case we have Raymond Cloosterman who founded Rituals only 15 years ago. So we feel we are an ideal match and we’re looking forward very much to a long and successful relationship with them.”
