ServiceQ’s Jaquie Scammell and Navi Mumbai Airport’s Rahul Sahni join speaker line-up for Trinity Forum

VIETNAM. ServiceQ CEO and Founder Jaquie Scammell and Navi Mumbai International Airport Commercial Head Rahul Sahni are joining an outstanding programme for the upcoming Trinity Forum 2024.

The event takes place on 5-6 November in Ho Chi Minh City, co-hosted by Airports Corporation of Vietnam and IPP Group.

The world’s most influential travel retail and airport commercial revenues conference is owned by The Moodie Davitt Report and co-organised with Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific & Middle East and ACI World.

Scammell, the award-winning author of Service Habits 2nd Edition and The Future of Service is 5D, is a thought-leader in the field of service.

She established ServiceQ, a business which partners with organisations to reimagine their service culture by developing conscious service leaders, engaged employees and loyal customers.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she has worked across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

A business leader with 28 years’ experience, Rahul Sahni has spent 17 years specialising in airports and travel retail. He is presently in charge of planning, designing and implementing the commercial strategy for non-aeronautical revenue streams for the new greenfield project in Navi Mumbai, India.

Backed by his extensive background in airport commercial development and operations, he has consistently driven growth and innovation. His expertise covers strategic business planning, creating joint ventures and partnerships, product and service innovations leading to consumer delight, commercial planning and design, change management, revenue and contract negotiations.

He has been instrumental in the successful execution and leadership of nine greenfield and brownfield projects having extended passenger handling capacity from 2 million to 65 million.
