SPI Group has announced a new distribution partnership with Kavaklıdere Wines Co in Turkey. The agreement began in January 2013 and includes SPI brands Stolichnaya Premium vodka, elit by Stolichnaya and Moskovskaya.
One of the first producers of wine in Turkey, Kavaklıdere Wines Co was established in 1929 and owns 562 hectares of vineyards producing 51 wines.
A leading distributor of wine and spirits with strong links throughout the region, Kavaklıdere Wines Co takes on the distribution partnership previously held by Universal.
Kavaklıdere Wines Co will be working with SPI Group to develop the vodka brands in the country and strengthen Stolichnaya’s and Moskovskaya’s position across the off and on trade.
