US. Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc has announced SSP Canada and The Paradies Shops as the new master operators of concessions in the new terminal under construction at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport.
The authority’s Request for Proposal included stores and restaurants with 70% of concessions post-security and 30% located pre-security, reflecting current travel trends. The retail and food & beverage service covers approximately 1,747sq m.
SSP Canada will operate and manage 11 F&B services with nine located post-security and two pre-security. The Paradies Shops will operate and manage nine retail services, all post-security.
Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc President & CEO Barry Rempel said: “We are confident that both SSP and Paradies meet the high-level service expectations of our customers.”
