SCOTLAND. Global food & beverage specialist SSP Group has opened a new bar and kitchen, Par + Eagle, in the departure lounge at Glasgow Prestwick Airport.
The new restaurant, whose name pays homage to Prestwick’s rich golfing heritage, offers a wide range of eating options for travellers.

A varied menu features an all-day breakfast, avocado and eggs served on a toasted English muffin, as well as a selection of light bites.
The main menu offers a range of pub classics and house specials, including loaded burgers, southern fried chicken and beer battered fish and chips. A variety of local draft beers, wines and cocktails are among the drinks options.

An extensive children’s menu targets family diners, and vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
SSP UK & Ireland CEO Simon Smith said: “We’re delighted to have opened our new Par + Eagle concept at Glasgow Prestwick Airport. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy hearty, wholesome food in a friendly and relaxed environment.”

Glasgow Prestwick Airport Commercial Director, Zoe Kilpatrick said: “This significant investment from SSP has created a modern environment for our passengers to enjoy the high quality menu and service the Par + Eagle offers before they head off to one of our holiday hotspots.”
