AMERICAS. Leading cruise travel retailer Starboard Cruise Services opened a new Invicta Watches boutique onboard Carnival Horizon on 20 May, offering the brand’s largest assortment at sea.
Located on deck four and centred around the ship’s central atrium, the boutique includes the brand’s timepieces for men and women.
According to the retailer, the shop will offer guests brand activations and special events that are tailored to Carnival Horizon and are aligned with Starboard’s staff expertise.
The captain and ship officers, company executives and Invicta Watches’ brand ambassador joined to celebrate the grand opening of the retail store with a ribbon cutting and special promotions throughout the day.
Carnival Horizon represents the largest retail footprint in the fleet, with two-level, mall-style shops located along the ship’s atrium. As reported, The Moodie Davitt Report attended a media preview of the new stores in New York last year before Horizon set sail.
