Here, we feature front-line staff from the operations of Hudson Group and Delaware North at Boston Logan International Airport.
Massachusetts-based concessionaire MarketPlace Development has highlighted the strong spirit shown by two companies which run a number of its retail and food & beverage operations at Boston Logan International Airport, where primarily domestic traffic has continued through the pandemic.
The company has praised the frontline staff of the Hudson Group, which runs travel essentials stores and Dunkin’ outlets in multiple terminals and Delaware North, which operates F&B enterprises including B.Good and Wolfgang Puck Pizza.
MarketPlace Development praised Hudson for its “safe shopping experience and exemplary service” and Delaware North, also for its safe operations and its advancement of contactless ordering and payment options, including the use of QR codes, self-serve kiosks and online ordering for pick up and delivery.
MarketplaceLogan Marketing & Customer Service Manager Binni Patel said: “Both companies remained open all year and quickly responded to the needs of our passengers to ensure that those that did travel had the best experience possible.”
