NORWAY. Stian Lund has been appointed Managing Director for travel restaurateur SSP’s Norway business. He will join on 1 October and report to Bente Brevik, who, as reported, has recently been promoted from the same role to SSP Nordics CEO.
Lund brings a wealth of large company experience spanning various industries, notably food and home and personal care.
In his previous role, he served as the CEO of Orkla Home and Personal Care, where he oversaw the company’s Norwegian business and operations in multiple international markets.
Prior to that Lund worked for seven years in senior roles for sister company Orkla Foods Norway, latterly as Marketing Director.
Welcoming Lund’s appointment, Brevik said: “Stian’s appointment as Managing Director of SSP Norway is a testament to our commitment to placing the customer at the centre of everything we do.

She went on to work as Chef de Partie at some of London’s top Michelin-starred kitchens, e.g. Fino (now Barrafina), The Ivy and Bambou. Cooking later turned to food writing and presenting, most recently as overseeing editorial partnerships at Food Matters Live.
