GERMANY. Jewellery and crystal house Swarovski has teamed up with Gebr. Heinemann to open the first WonderColor airport pop-up in EMEA travel retail. The luminous, green animation is running from July to September, immersing travellers into the world of Swarovski.

The 15sq m pop-up offers the crystal house’s jewellery, watches, figurines and accessories within the WonderColour concept, a new retail design introduced as part of a rebrand in 2021. The vibrant pop-up features the Swarovski swan logo prominently. It offers a range of travel retail-exclusives.

The WonderColor concept is also popping up in other key airports globally.

“In our mission statement, we have clearly stated that consumers can expect a spectacular assortment from us,” commented Gebr. Heinemann Director Purchasing Fashion/Accessories & Watches/Jewellery Jan Richter.

“With the new Swarovski pop-up at Hamburg Airport, we are offering them just that — a spectacular assortment that includes items unavailable in the domestic market, exclusive to travel retail. The selection showcases Swarovski’s artistry and savoir-faire, featuring a flutter of vibrant colours and exquisite trendy crystal formations.

“Gebr. Heinemann can look back on a long-standing and trusting partnership with Swarovski, which has made this collaboration possible,” Richter added.
