AUSTRALIA. In what is described as an airport first, Swedish design brand kikki.K has unveiled a pop-up store titled Little Boutique at Sydney Airport’s Domestic Terminal (T2).
The Little Boutique features a tailored collection of kikki.K’s signature products aimed at travellers in the lead up to the Christmas period. The range includes accessories, travel goods and gifts.
The Little Boutique concept was inspired by the brand’s Swedish heritage and signature store design, with neutral wood tones prominent throughout the space. A 2.5m tall silver birch tree is the lead design feature, claimed to evoke a Swedish forest.

“As Australia’s busiest airport terminal, Sydney Airport’s T2 is an ideal location for a kikki.K Little Boutique. Travellers can enjoy our world-class customer experience, and shop our gorgeous range of curated travel accessories, stationery and gifts for friends and family,” said kikki.K Founder Kristina Karlsson.
“We’re excited to welcome kikki.K’s Little Boutique pop-up to T2 as we continue to deliver innovative retail experiences for our diverse passenger mix,” added Sydney Airport General Manager Retail Glyn Williams.
The Little Boutique pop-up by kikki.K will be open at the T2 Domestic Terminal until February 2017. It is located within a key area of the T2 Domestic terminal that showcases a number of local brands, including Country Road. Witchery, AMUSE Beauty Studio, Seed Kids, Kaboom and Tech2Go. Kikki.K also has a permanent presence at T3 Domestic.
