Tastes on the Fly reveals second food court at Denver International Airport

USA. Paradies Lagardère-owned Tastes on the Fly has unveiled its second three-venue food court in quick succession at Denver International Airport.

The line-up includes two local brands making their airport debuts, Bar Dough and Mister Oso, and a second location for Aviano Coffee.

Occupying an 8,000sq ft area including communal seating with a 96-capacity, the food & beverage destination becomes the largest dining area at the Colorado gateway’s Concourse C.

Local flavour: Denver brand Bar Dough features an attractive horseshoe-shaped bar

The three venues are operated by Tastes on the Fly in partnership with ACDBE (Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) partner Huy Pham, President and CEO of Innovative Retail Group.

Bar Dough, a downtown Denver brand, is set in 211sq m and specialises in traditional Italian cuisine, including pasta and gourmet pizza. Its full bar offer includes eight tap beers and a curated wine list.

Mister Oso has an eye-catching green bear logo, well-known locally from the brand’s two downtown Denver venues

Design highlights include smart full service seating for 120 people, including a ‘patio’ option, large decorative chandeliers and a horseshoe-shaped bar featuring tiled artwork.

Mister Oso, also a popular downtown Denver brand, is trading from a 203sq m space in the food court with neon signs among its attractions.

Its main food offer is tacos with a large variety of filling combinations and ceviche dishes, while the drinks menu includes a cocktail selection featuring frozen margaritas, fresh margaritas on tap and Mexican beer Modelo.

A familiar brand in downtown Denver, Aviano Coffee introduces a second location at the airport, featuring decorative tilework and two large digital display menus

The line-up is completed by Aviano Coffee, which, as reported, has two downtown locations in Denver and also featured in another recent Tastes on the Fly food court opening at this airport.

The café occupies 223sq m and offers a selection of cappuccinos, lattes and specialty beverages such as nitro cold brew, tea mocktails and signature matcha infusions.

Aviano Coffee also offers dessert options featuring Askinosie Chocolate, ethically sourced, small batch craft chocolate made by hand in the USA. ‍
