OMAN. TAV Operations Services’ Muscat Primeclass Lounge at Muscat International Airport has hit a significant milestone after welcoming its one millionth customer since its opening in 2018.
A recent celebration event to mark the occasion was attended by Oman Airports Management Company’s Chief Commercial Officer Samer Alnabhani and Vice President of Aeronautical and Non-Aeronautical Revenue Faisal Almamari, along with TAV Operation Services Middle East Region and Oman Country Manager Emirhan Erzurumlu and the one-millionth customer, Sadiq Ajmi.

The Muscat Primeclass Lounge has recently been named in second place in the Skytrax World Airline Awards’ Best Independent Airport Lounge category, following up its first place position in the same category in 2021.
Reflecting on the achievements of the Muscat Primeclass Lounge, TAV Operation Services Chief Executive Officer Güclü Batkin said: “We truly appreciate our presence in Oman and the opportunity to share the travel journey of our guests since the beginning of our own journey in 2018.
“Since then, we have managed to create a highly regarded and internationally awarded lounge in one of the most modern airport infrastructures in the region.
“Inspired by Oman’s rich cultural and historical heritage, Muscat Primeclass Lounge is one of our flagship spots offering unique end-to-end travel and hospitality services. We strive to provide an unparallelled level of customer experience by enhancing their journey every day.”
