SINGAPORE/INTERNATIONAL. Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has revealed the programme for its Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2025, to be held from 11 to 15 May in Singapore.
The TFWA Asia Pacific Conference will take place on 12 May in the Grand Ballroom (Level 5) at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. This includes a networking coffee break followed by lunch.
At 2.30pm, the exhibition and TFWA i.lab Asia will open and the ONE2ONE meeting service will commence.
TFWA aims to elevate participants’ experience with refreshed scenography for the exhibition, including new furniture designs and digital facilities.
TFWA i.lab Asia will shed light on companies that are employing innovative technology to transform travel retail. Visitors will have the opportunity to hear from representatives of the exhibiting companies during i.lab pitch sessions throughout the week.
Day one will culminate in the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge, where delegates can gather to network and share their thoughts on the insights gleaned throughout the day.
The lounge has been expanded to accommodate growing delegate numbers, with food service included for guests.
On 13 May, delegates can head to the Begonia Room (Level 3) for the first workshop – details to follow. The exhibition floor will be open from 9am to 6pm, after which delegates can return to the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge.
Wednesday will begin with the final workshop (details to follow) before the exhibition opens for its penultimate day. The event comes to a close at 5pm on 15 May.
This year’s sponsors include Changi Airport Group as the Official Host alongside Platinum sponsor Avolta, charging station sponsor Skross and networking coffee break sponsor Lindt.
TFWA President Erik Juul-Mortensen said: “For nearly 30 years following TFWA’s inaugural event in Asia in 1995, the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference has been an essential diary date for duty-free and travel retail professionals in the region and beyond.
