UK. Brand owner Berry Bros & Rudd has achieved new listings for its travel retail exclusive The Glenrothes Three Decades in Europe.
The product has gained a listing in the Whisky and Cigar shop in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, reported Peter Clemens of MTR Benelux.
The single malt whisky has also been listed at Brussels Airport within the Epicure store.
“The full range is now displayed side by side at this key European hub for travel retail – precisely the kind of exposure we like in this very important distribution channel,” said the company in its May 2010 newsletter.
In other news, The Glenrothes has launched its new Taiwanese website “which will, we hope, encourage a sense of community amongst our Taiwanese Kindred Spirits as well as provide a welcome for those who want to learn more about The Glenrothes,” said the company.
About The Glenrothes Three Decades
The Glenrothes Three Decades, a travel retail exclusive, was unveiled to the trade at the 2009 TFWA World Exhibition. The product celebrates all the past and present vintage releases by combining in one bottle mature Glenrothes from each of the three decades that have produced vintages. In the last 15 years, The Glenrothes has bottled vintages from the 1970s, the 1980s and the 1990s. The earliest vintage bottling was the 1971, and the latest the 1998.
