ASIA PACIFIC. Earlier this summer Scental Travel Retail Asia Pacific (L’Oréal) organised a pioneering promotion for its Biotherm brand in South Korea – the first time an event has taken place simultaneously domestically and on-airport.

At Seoul Incheon, the event (which ran from 1-30 June) was highlighted with 7m panel visuals, plus impactful outposts and ceiling banners. The promotion, which sported a “1-2-3 Hydration” theme, focused on Biotherm’s key moisturising portfolio.
Around 30,000 flyers in postcard format were distributed by promoters, to help encourage travellers to visit the Biotherm counters, where they were given free product samples.
In the main animation area passengers were introduced to products such as Biotherm’s Aquasource franchise, and were invited to test the moisture level in their skin with a special moisture testing tool.
A raffle ticket was distributed with every Biotherm purchase. The event was also backed by extensive website support.
