SOUTH KOREA. The Shilla Duty Free has opened a boutique dedicated to Swiss multi-brand watch retail concept TimeVallée at its Jeju Island downtown store.
Located on the main Fashion Avenue floor, the store features timepieces from eight leading watch Maisons: Piaget, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC, Hublot, Grand Seiko, Breitling and Baume & Mercier.

The travel retailer said in a statement: “TimeVallée’s open boutique concept, with its striking façade on Fashion Avenue, is designed to create a high-end and welcoming atmosphere. This encourages curious and luxury shoppers alike to explore the world of watches.”
The brands are presented in bespoke environments that showcase their history and know-how. The space also houses a dedicated welcome counter in the public area, and an exclusive VIP salon named L’Atelier.
TimeVallée and The Shilla Duty Free previously partnered for a store at Incheon International Airport. The retailer said this latest opening would “provide customers with a unique and exclusive experience in the distinctive atmosphere of TimeVallée.”
TimeVallée APAC CEO Eddie Han said: “This new boutique in Jeju offers unparalleled access to the world’s most prestigious watch Maisons to both domestic and international clientele. This addition is a key milestone in our strategic expansion across South Korea.”
