Tito’s Handmade Vodka has appointed Premier Wine & Spirits Inc as distributor of the brand in both the on- and off-trade in the Philippines.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka, a Texas-based company producing six-time pot distilled craft vodka, is said to be one of the fastest growing micro-distilleries in the US.
“We are extremely excited to begin selling Tito’s Handmade Vodka in the Philippines. It’s a dynamic market, and we’re proud to partner with Premier Wine & Spirits Inc to expand our distribution there,” said Founder and Master Distiller Tito Beveridge.
Premier Wine & Spirits Inc’s Khei Zervoulakos said: “We are thrilled to bring the high quality American craft vodka, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, to the Philippines market. It is a great price point for a great tasting spirit and is sure to be a favorite for consumers.”
Tito’s is made from 100% corn, which is claimed to give it a sweeter, rounder flavour than vodkas made from wheat and potatoes. The brand has seen strong sales growth in the US, driven mainly by word-of-mouth recommendations from consumers. Today the brand is sold within the US, New Zealand, provinces in Canada, and the Caribbean Islands.
In travel retail, the brand is present inflight with United Airlines and American Airlines; at Edmonton, San Francisco and John F Kennedy international airports; and onboard NCL, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. It is also available through Truebell in the UAE.
