SOUTH KOREA. Travel accessories specialist Travel Blue has unveiled shop-in-shop concepts at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, in partnership with Shinsegae Duty Free and The Shilla Duty Free.
The stores represent a pivotal step in Travel Blue’s global expansion, reinforcing its presence in Korean travel retail.

The openings took place alongside the relaunch of the travel retailers’ revamped accessories departments.
As reported, Shinsegae Duty Free has opened a store dedicated to beauty and another showcasing multiple categories, including fashion & accessories. The two stores, which form what the travel retailer calls the Shinsegae Zone, were unveiled on 7 and 9 September, respectively.
The high-visibility retail spaces offer a complete travel product solution, designed for Gen Z travellers.
Travel Blue brand ambassadors are available at both stores to help customers make informed product selections.
The stores feature the brand’s innovative technology and design in essential travel items, including the new lightweight backpack collection, on-board luggage range and hot-cold water bottles. Also available are neck pillows and essential multi-functional electronics, such as cables, adaptors and chargers.
Travel Blue has been featured in the brand line-up of both Shinsegae Duty Free and The Shilla Duty Free since 2018.
Travel Blue Managing Director Daniel Levin said: “These new, highly visible Travel Blue zones are the result of an exciting collaboration and extensive negotiations with our Korean partners and demonstrate our on-going growth and market leadership strategy.
“Our shop-in-shops optimise the travel products category, with high-impact displays to engage shoppers and give easy access to high-quality, functional products. The zones enhance brand recognition and attract a new customer base, in particular Gen Z, establishing Travel Blue as a leading travel brand, not only in Korea but across the broader Asian market.”
Launched at this year’s TFWA Exhibition in Singapore, the Travel Blue backpack collection is tailored for Gen Z consumers and addresses the diverse needs of modern travellers. It includes more than 30 styles across three ranges: Traveller, Executive and Everyday.
Each range comes in a variety of sizes and colours to meet different needs and preferences. The backpacks are functional, lightweight and affordable – prices vary between €59 and €99.

Travel Blue has recently added five new styles to its luggage line-up: Deluxe Nomad, Luxe Wanderer, Summit Briefcase, Journey Jet and Adventure Pack, which come in a range of sizes and up to seven colours.
The carry-on hardshell cases are made from polypropylene, a strong, lightweight material that can handle the demands of modern travel.
The cases are expandable, with embedded TSA locks and double 360° reinforced spinner wheels as well as an easy-to-grip handle integrated into the shell. Priced at €129-€169, each purchase includes a ten-year global warranty, reinforcing Travel Blue’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Travel Blue’s range of high-performance and reusable stainless steel hot-cold water bottles are made from high-quality stainless steel with double-walled vacuum technology and keep drinks hot for up to six hours and cold for up to 12 hours.
The bottles are strong, sturdy and lightweight, featuring a screw-top lid with a silicone seal and offered in four retro colourways. They are fully tested and comply with high safety standards. ✈
