INDIA. Travel Food Services (TFS), in association with airport partner GVK, has launched its latest Travel Food Fest at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport’s Domestic Terminal. It runs from 10 December to 10 January.
The menu was designed to tempt the local Indian traveller with carts serving winter specials such as tikkis, kebabs and mithais. It also features delicacies like Gajar Ka Halwa, Galauti Kebab, bread cutlets and more, as well as seasonal winter cocktails and mocktails. The bar menu aims to evoke Christmas with cocktails like First Snow and Santa’s Face Off.
Travellers can decorate their own cakes with an interactive session at the airport, one of several activities planned.
