Travel Retail Innovations (TRI) exhibited the Sennheiser range of headsets alongside a wide selection of electronic and audio products, travel essentials and accessories at the TFWA World Exhibition last week.
The specialist distributor launched the new premium Sennheiser Momentum headphones. The headband and ear pads are covered in supple breathable leather. High-performance magnets are said to provide rich and detailed stereo sound, while the additional cable with an integrated smart remote and microphone provides easy management of tracks and calls.

TRI’s assortment also included the Sennheiser CX 275s in-ear canal headset which is suitable for use with all brands of smartphones. It has a high-powered dynamic speaker system that provides rich sonic reproduction and bass-driven stereo sound.
Ear adaptors of different sizes are supplied with the headset to ensure a comfortable fit for every user and the reduction of ambient noise.
There is also a microphone and smart remote on a symmetrical cable for management of tracks and calls.
Sennheiser’s famous headphones from the club scene – the Sennheiser HD 25 has been hailed as one of the most popular monitoring headphones for over 20 years – appear with the launch of the Sennheiser Amperior.
The Amperior is a set of rugged headphones that can cope with a high sound pressure level and offer professional-level sound with a frequency response of 16 to 22,000 Hertz. The closed design keeps out background noise, but the ear cups can be rotated for the classic DJ monitoring style: one-sided listening.
The Amperior boasts high-quality aluminium design consistency, maintained by the use of a 5-axis CNC automatic lathe to precision-mill each headphone cup individually from an aluminium block. TRI claims that this manual process makes each set of handmade headphone cups unique.
To make sure that the headphones are ready for use at any time, they have been designed for connection to an iPad, iPhone and iPod, and are equipped with a microphone for easy telephoning.
“The Amperior is the perfect combination of sound, style and functionality from the club circuit to the street – without compromises,” TRI said.
