UK. Anna Fenton has been appointed Editor of Euromoney-owned Travel Retailer International (TRI), replacing John Rimmer who has in turn replaced Dermot Davitt as Editor of sister title DFNI.
Fenton, an experienced journalist, is currently DFNI’s Asia Pacific correspondent, based in Hong Kong. Davitt is relocating to Galway, Ireland but will retain an involvement with DFNI as Executive Editor.
Paul Kelly, Managing Director of Euromoney subsidiary Raven Fox, said: “Anna will bring a wealth of experience to TRI. She has a keen understanding of the issues retailers and suppliers face and we are sure she will put that expertise to good use on TRI. She is the ideal person to take the magazine into the next stage of its development.”
Kelly added: “We’re very grateful to John for his hard work on TRI and are confident he will enjoy great success as editor of DFNI,” which he described as “the trade’s leading publication”.
