Lance is a well-known and much-respected figure in the travel retail and travel catering sector. His company provides consultancy to airlines, airports and brands as well as recruitment and mentoring services.

Lance spent nearly 30 years with Alpha LSG, the UK joint venture between Alpha Flight and LSG Skychefs, a major force in the UK inflight services sector.

He put all that experience to good use by creating The Hayward Partnership in 2014, a business that has flourished, as we hear, way beyond his initial expectations.

He also uses that experience to the benefit of several companies as a Non-Executive Director.
