SINGAPORE. Two bidders are competing for the latest local brand name delicatessen concession at Singapore Changi Airport T1. The 40sq m unit lies in Departure/Transit Lounge West.
Bee Cheng Hiang offered either: (i) 10% of the total monthly gross sales; OR (ii) a Minimum Monthly Guarantee (MMG) of S$22,000, whichever is higher of (i) or (ii).
Bengawan Solo offered either: (i) 16% of the total monthly gross sales; OR (ii) a MMG of S$20,000, whichever is higher.
The contract begins on 11 January 2009 and runs for three years. T1 is currently the subject of a major upgrade at Changi Airport.
