SINGAPORE. Luxury Ventures (The Valiram Group) and Active World have won the latest speciality/brand name concessions at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, following a tender.
Luxury Ventures will operate a Kate Spade outlet, while Active World will operate a Bonia Natural store. The bidders beat strong competition for the stores, with 26 proposals made for the two units.
The Bonia store will occupy 91sq m of space in Departure/Transit Lounge North, with the three-year contract starting from 9 May 2015.
The Kate Spade unit will measure 62sq m in Departure/Transit Lounge South, with this concession beginning on 9 January and running for three years. Neither concession has a renewal option after the initial term.
