UK. Specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products Victoria’s Secret is to open its first beauty and accessories store in Glasgow Airport, in partnership with LS Travel Retail UK & Ireland.
The new 68sq m store, set to open on 11 May, forms part of the location’s shopping and dining rejuvenation project for summer 2015. It will carry prestige fragrances such as the FiFi Award-winning Victoria’s Secret Bombshell, just-launched collections like the new Love Me fragrance and perennial favorites like VS Fantasies. Lip glosses and body care products will also be available.

In addition, the Glasgow store portfolio will feature “functional-yet-chic” travel accessories such as branded cosmetics cases and multi-use fashion bags. Passport holders, phone wallets, travel adaptors, headphones, scarves, sunglasses and panties complete the assortment.
The design of the Glasgow store incorporates a modern façade and dynamic storefront. The interior includes black cherry fixtures, focal walls, a gallery of black and white images and a video wall that broadcasts footage of the Victoria’s Secret Angels.
A free shop and collect service is available to all passengers flying within the EU.

In March, Glasgow Airport reported its 25th consecutive month of growth, when more than 606,000 people travelled through the airport, representing an increase of +14% on the same period last year. Over the next three months the airport will see the launch of a further 13 new routes including direct flights to Las Vegas, Munich and Prague, plus a daily service to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
