Anna Wennström says the Viking Grace will house a substantial tax free offer |
Viking Line Campaign Manager Spirits, Wine, Beer, Soft Drinks, Tobacco, Confectionery Anna Wennström said: “The tax free store will be around twice the size of the store on-board the Viking Cinderella [plying the Stocholm-Mariehamn route]. We are already cooperating with major suppliers to prepare our retail offer.”
Swedish and Finnish passengers will comprise the vast majority of passengers and the retail offer is expected to focus on core categories, in particular spirits, wine, beer, tobacco and beauty. More details will follow later in the year.
Viking Line, and in particular its Whisky Fair on the Cinderella, will be the subject of a major report on The Moodie Report in the coming days.
