Wangfujing Duty Free, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wangfujing Group, is one of today’s (18 November) featured exhibitors during the Virtual Travel Retail Buyers & Bonanza Month.

As the Wangfujing Group increases its focus on the travel industry, newly licensed Wangfujing Duty Free is determined to become a powerful force in the retail sector. The company boasts a rich heritage, having grown out of Beijing Department Store, China’s oldest department store group.

A short but compelling video welcomes visitors to the Wangfujing Duty Free experiential stand at the Virtual Travel Retail Expo.

Wangfujing Duty Free aims to become a new powerhouse in China’s fast-growing travel retail sector, both on the Mainland and in Hainan province. The company points out that with the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, opportunities and competition coexist.
