UK watches and sunglasses supplier Tyko Brands has been wound up by a court order, another victim of the brutal trading climate.
The company, which supplied accessories from Hippie Chic, Breo and Kartel to travel retail and regularly hosted a stand at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes, had notice of winding up given on 8 September. It was then wound up by a court order issued on 25 September.
Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP have been appointed as the company’s interim liquidators. They will liquidate the company in order to repay any creditors.
The Moodie Davitt Report has reached out to Tyko Brands for comment.
