INTERNATIONAL. Immersion Retail, a newly created experiential retail solutions company, today announced a global and exclusive partnership with leading airport well-being and relaxation brand BeRelax.

Through the collaboration, Immersion Retail will provide innovative smart furniture technology with the aim to transform BeRelax spa environments into immersive retail experiences.

This, said the partners, will enable customers “not only to unwind but also to discover, explore and purchase niche beauty & wellness products in an engaging new way”.

They said Immersion Retail’s smart furniture solutions will create new marketing and promotional opportunities, which will “unlock additional revenue streams while delivering enhanced consumer experiences”.

The integration of Immersion Retail’s interactive furniture will enable BeRelax to create “holistic brand immersion zones” with dynamic multimedia content, intuitive product displays and streamlined point-of-sale options.

Rollout of the new smart furniture solutions is set to begin in the coming months in the Middle East, with a strategic plan to bring the technology to BeRelax’s network of international airport locations.
