Western Australian produce to the fore in new F&B concepts at Perth Airport

AUSTRALIA. Delaware North has introduced two new food & beverage concepts at Perth Airport Terminal 4. Coffee Quarter and Hatchery Collective Bar & Grill offer a strong Sense of Place, using supplies from local Western Australia producers.

The Coffee Quarter is offering a selection of fine coffees from around the world

Coffee Quarter’s menu is offering fine coffee from Central America, South America, Africa and Asia. Two of its key partners are based locally in the form of Fremantle bakery Bread in Common, which is supplying wood-fired sourdough, and Five Senses, a coffee roaster based in Rockingham which has its own coffee mill in North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Meanwhile, The Hatchery Collective Bar & Grill’s menu features offerings from Western Australia bakers, winemakers, brewers and distillers.

Delaware North Managing Director Gary Brown said: “For nearly 30 years, Delaware North has proudly partnered with Perth Airport to provide a rich and engaging passenger experience. The opening of these exiting new concepts further enhances the already fantastic range of dining options available to passengers at Perth Airport.”
