UK. WHSmith has completed the refurbishment of a store in the Terminal 5 international departures lounge area at Heathrow Airport, part of a programme to refresh its retail portfolio at the London gateway.
Heathrow Retail & Property Director Fraser Brown also revealed to The Moodie Davitt Report that the airport is partnering with WHSmith to open a new bookstore in a Terminal 2 space formerly occupied by Thomas Pink.
The new shop is set to open on 12 April, when UK rules on non-essential retail are due to be relaxed.
