AUSTRALIA. Outdoor adventure gear brand Wild Earth has opened a store at Skygate Home & Life, a lifestyle precinct housing multiple retailers close to Brisbane Airport. Open to local customers and travellers, with parking for 55 cars, the precinct line-up also includes Woolworths, Nick Scali, TK Maxx, Pillow Talk, Early Settler, DecoRug, OzDesign Furniture, Lighting Illusion and Carpet Call.
With one store on the Gold Coast and a following of 30,000 fans on social media, Wild Earth has built a strong reputation in outdoor adventure retail since its founding in 2004.

Brisbane Airport Corporation Executive General Manager Commercial, Martin Ryan, said the brand adds to the “exciting mix” of retail offerings available at the Skygate precinct.
“We are proud to welcome Wild Earth amongst the list of well-known brands here at Skygate Home & Life,” Ryan said. “The great variety of stores located across Skygate and Skygate Home & Life keeps getting better, and we are seeing an increase in the number of customers coming through our doors every year.”
Wild Earth Australia General Manager Chris Sommerville said: “It’s been a long time coming and we’re stoked to be finally opening a new store in Brisbane. We love meeting our customers face-to-face and being able to give them personalised advice and fittings to ensure they have the best gear for their adventures.”
The first 150 customers at an inauguration event on 31 July received a goodie bag valued at almost A$300, containing items from brands that are heavily featured in Wild Earth’s catalogue, including Salomon, The North Face and Patagonia.
