SWITZERLAND. Zürich Airport has added Sprüngli Café & Lounge to its Airside Center food & beverage offer.
The concept, based on the Confiserie Sprüngli Café & Restaurant at the Paradeplatz in downtown Zürich, seats 84 customers and has views over the tarmac.
The new location features a gourmet eatery and a retail offer. The eatery serves Arabica Coffee, Chocolat Chaud (hot chocolate), truffles brioches, beef tartare, salmon, sandwiches, salads and desserts. The retail selection offers the brand’s signature chocolates and Luxemburgerli (macaroons) in various flavours.
