At switzerlandinfo+ visitors can access not only airport and tourist information, but also take advantage of services including the reservation of hotels, guided tours and wellness packages. The service also includes ticket sales for events and concerts across Switzerland, and a range of Swiss souvenirs is also available for purchase.

The switzerlandinfo+ concept offers visitors a range of services to help make their stay in Switzerland a success

The concept features an interactive information area in which electronic media are used to enable visitors to access information directly.

Zürich Airport Head Commercial Patrick Graf said: “For many visitors the airport is the first gate to our beautiful country, and the face for what Switzerland stands for. First impressions count, and with the new service and information desk switzerlandinfo+ we are now able to welcome travellers from all around the world and help them to discover Switzerland in a most unique way.”

A further switzerlandinfo+ desk is scheduled to open in the Arrival 1 hall next year.
