3Sixty Duty Free makes western US debut at Ontario International Airport

USA. Omnichannel travel retailer 3Sixty Duty Free and More has officially opened its first airport retail operation on the US west coast, at Ontario International Airport, California. The space is located in Terminal 2 and marks the latest move in 3Sixty’s expansion in the region.

As reported, in 2022 the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) struck a ten-year concession agreement with 3Sixty Duty Free & More to operate the duty free business.

The retailer said: “With this green light, 3Sixty embarks on an exciting journey to deliver engaging duty free retail experiences to travellers passing through Ontario International Airport.”

3Sixty Chief Operating Officer Alex Anson said: “We are excited to be developing our partnership with Ontario International Airport (OIA) and supporting the airport to deliver its vision of making OIA a leading airport with standout retail and F&B experiences for all passengers, while continuing to deliver against the 3Sixty mission and strategy.”

Fast-growing Ontario International Airport is located two miles east of downtown Ontario, in San Bernardino County, California and about 38 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.
